VIVA LILY RETURNS POLICY

The Viva Lily Menstrual Cup is a personal hygiene product and as a result may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

While most first time users of the Viva Lily Cup are happy and confident inserting and removing their cup after the first time, others find it takes a little practice over a few days or even a few cycles. Please refer to our user guide and “how to use video’ plus our question and answer section for any challenges you may have.

In the rare event of there being a defect with the Viva Lily Menstrual Cup, please contact us within 40 days of purchase. In order for us to best evaluate the problem, please email a picture of your Mesntrual Cup and description of the problem and your receipt to support@vivalily.com
